Cancellation Policy

To ensure accurate scheduling and efficient service all appointments with Your Private Labs follow the booking policies below: Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are a request of date and time, until appointments are verbally confirm by phone with a member of our staff. We ask you to be available to receive the call from 224.500.0502. Client information must be verified prior to finalizing the appointment booking. Clients must provide accurate contact information (Phone number, Email, & Address). Client and be available for 30min-1hr dedicated time frame session for booking depending on service. Appointment dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmation has been completed. Appointment confirmations are issued by email or text. Invoice and Payments: Invoices are issued within 24hrs of the scheduled booking date. For mobile services a deposit maybe required incase of time slot cancellation. If no cancellation the amount is used toward your services balance. Payment term fees and sample collection processing delay may incur due to unpaid balances. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellation or Rescheduling must be confirmed by phone or text message. Clients are responsible for ensuring the request has been received to ensure rescheduling is allowed, mobile staff do not route and charges aren't processed. Failure to properly confirm cancellation may result in applicable service charges.
